Hello Leslie:

As an owner and user of the HumanWare V R Stream I am very impressed with 
the documentation, user guide and tutorials that came with the stream. Yes I 
actually did read the manual this time for this product.

Just take a look on the HumanWare website to see how much stuff they have 
for this product. With 5 years of use I have had absolutely no problems with 
this product. The upgrades are free and the Stream does have a voice 
recorder.
