You can export the folders to a floppy drive by using Alt f for the file
menu, then e for export. You have the choice of exporting the address book
or messages. m for messages, then enter to accept the fact that this will
export the messages.  You then choose a profile and enter will accept the
current profile.  You then have the choice of all the folders or only the
selected ones.  Choose the one you want and hit enter.

You can then use the alt f, i to import the messages into outlook express on
the other computer.
