I tried on a mac, got part way thru, but backed out when I couldn't find how to proceed next.

Part of the problem is that I'm still getting used to Safari after over 2.25 years.

Has anyone else experienced problems completing this survey? Check boxes don't seem to react to being checked, and moving to the next page is sluggish and requires several pushes of the next button to move to the next page of the survey. I would suggest turning off the pop up blocker. In the end, I was unable to complete it. I'll have to try again on a PC with Windows 7.

Thanks,
