Clark,
If the distance between computer and stereo is say 10 feet or
less,  then You need a simple patch cord.
for longer distances the F.M. transmitter others mentioned is the
way to go.
You'll probably find a jack on your PC called "line out" if not
then you'll have to use the jack that probably allready goes to
your PC speakers.

This is almost always a 1/8Th inch 3 circuit standard earphone
jack.

You need a cord, surely available from radioshack, which has a
plug to match this lineOut jack on one end, and most likely two
"R C A" plugs on the other end.

Find an "auxiliary' input on your stereo, actually any input
except one designed for phono cartridges will do.

Get a cord long enough to go from the PC to this input on your
stereo.

Do not be suckered into expensive fancy cables like "monster
cable" these are a complete ripoff.

shouldn't cost more than a few bucks.

You might have to mess around in your audio mixer on the PC to
get the line output volume adjusted properly.  It's best to have
this software adjustment set such that the audio from the PC is
at about the same level as the other inputs to your stereo.
