Not sure why, but I had that issue doing it in Firefox, but IE worked pretty well.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Updating Credit Card Information on Amazon

Hi all,

How do you update your credit card on amazon?

I need to remove my current credit card and add a new one. When I go to
Amazon.com, I only find a few links even though the search bar says I'm
in the regular site, not the accessibility version. The only link that
sounds right for what I want to do says, "My Account," but when I click
on that and log in, I don't get any new links that suggest I'll be able
to edit my credit card information. There is a link for My Account,
which takes me to the same page I'm on already, as well as links to One
click, Prime, Cart, Wish List, and one or two other things. I did some
Googling, and the help information I found says I need to log into
Amazon and click on a Payment link, etc., but I'm not finding anything
like that on the screen.

What am I doing wrong? The spareness of the screen suggests I'm on the
mobile page, but I'm not finding the link for going to the regular site,
and the search bar also tells me I'm on the regular site.

I'm using Firefox. I've tried both with Jaws 16 and with the current
NVDA, and I'm on Windows 10 if that matters.

Thanks for any help.

Ciao
