Excuse my cross posting, but I thought that some of you might be Interested
in these topics.

This message contains information about the Dec. 5th seminar and links to
the audio FILES FROM our last PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT seminar.

The second seminar of this Series given jointly by eSight Careers Network
and the Adaptive Solutions for Independence will take place on Wednesday,
December 5, 2001.

Jeffrey S. Klare, Chief Operating Officer and one of the founders of
Equality Staffing LLC will be the guest speaker. He will
introduce this new for profit employment service
assisting corporations and organizations in the
management of diversity in the workplace.

The Seminar is held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
at the offices of The Associated Blind, Inc.,
which are located at 110 William Street, 9th Floor
(between John & Fulton Streets), in the heart of
New York City's financial district. To register for

In another note, the last Professional Development Seminar Audio is ready
to be heard.

On November 8th, The National Statler Center for Careers in Hospitality
Service were the first presenters for this series of seminars to create
new career and employment opportunities for persons who are blind, visually
impaired or physically disabled. The audio of this seminar can now be listen
to at eSightCareers.net.  If you are interested in the Statler Center but
can't listen to our audio, an overview of the program is also available
to read.

For those of you who don't know what the Statler Center does, here is a
little blurb on them.

As the first project of its kind, the National Statler
Center for Careers in Hospitality Service provides disabled
individuals with the right tools for successful careers in
this rapidly growing industry. Graduates of the comprehensive
program are computer-literate and job-ready, equipped with
a thorough knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
