This morning I contacted the Microsoft disability helpdesk which also
advised me to do an uninstall and reinstall of Office. I had pretty much
planned to do this but wanted to see if there was anything else I could
try first. Doing this did not solve the sluggishness issues. My next
step will be to totally uninstall NVDA, including the profile folders
for each account, as this info does not get removed when you uninstall
NVDA. I don't think I'm going to worry about this today. When I do this
and if it solves my problems I will report back.
