AccessWorld, the American Foundation for the Blind's technology magazine,
is a comprehensive resource for obtaining the latest information on
assistive technology.  It includes objective product evaluations of screen
readers, screen magnifiers, video magnifiers, and braille notetakers, as
well as mainstream products such as personal data assistants (PDA's),
databases, tax-preparation software, and music production software.
AccessWorld also brings you the latest assistive technology news; on the
job profiles of successful people who are blind or visually impaired; a
question and answer column; a calendar of events; conference reports and
more.

The May issue of AccessWorld features: a comprehensive review of what
companies including Verizon, AT&T, Cingular, Sprint, Panasonic,
Motorola, Qualcomm, and Nokia. are doing to provide accessible cellular
phones; an article on how to build a home computer network; A Look at
global positioning systems on the market today; an interview with Larry
Lewis, new Product Marketing Manager, BrailleNote Family with the New
Zealand-based Pulse Data International; and a review of Amazon Access, an
alternative version of Amazon.com's web site.

The July issue will bring you: an overview of audio on the Internet,
