I would contact the amazon help desk for persons with disabilities. The application should work with JAWS and NVDA. If you have an iPhone there's an iPhone application as well.

Hello List,
I have some books I would like to read on my computer. Can anyone offer tips on how to get this set up? Thanks for such great help!
