The ctrl+z toggle for quick keys still works normally, and quick keys is
off when I open Word. What happens is this:

I'm typing along happily; then suddenly Jaws says something like, "No
next heading in this document," or "Key not available," or I simply find
myself somewhere else, like in a table. The first couple of times this
happened, I was confused about what was going on, but now I know I'm
definitely in quick keys mode at that point, so I just hit ctrl+z to
turn it off.

So what I'm asking is is there a new/additional keystroke for turning
quick keys on that I'm inadvertently hitting?

this is more likely to happen after I use alt+tab to go back into my
document, then start typing right away, but it by no means happens
consistently there, and it happens at other times too.
Thanks.
