Hi Valerie,

there is a text friendly engine out there, but I can't recall the
name.  Perhaps someone else on this list can help there.
I use Lynx version 2.8.3 release 1 and have absolutely no problem with
it.  It's my favorite search engine with Lynx.  Perhaps you can get this
person in touch with me and we'll see what is going on.  It likely is that
they do not have full control over their access software package, just a
guess.  If they are using JAWS, I can't help them there.
