Kelly, my OE is set to Plain Text, and in the first combo box I have
selected MIME, then in the second one I have the encoding setting to none.
Are those the optimum settings?

to answer Georges question about the equals signs, it is as a result of
standards conflicts.  In the message below, it is in HTML and encoding is
"quoted printable."  A better presentation will likely be obtained if the
message was sent using plain text and the encoding setting chosen was
none.
