A friend advised me that the URL for The National Library Service for the
Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) has changed.  The new URL is:

http://www.loc.gov/nls/index.html

They now have simple and advanced search links to their online catalog and
are not calling it "Web-Blnd" any longer, at least the links no longer
refer to that name.
