 Bachelor's degree preferably in Education, Communications or 
other related area with emphasis on Curriculum & Instruction or 
Adult learning.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

 Minimum of two years of experience in the development and 
delivery of software training or instructional design and 
development of training curriculum.

Experience in working collaboratively across organizations is 
mandatory for this position.

Experience in a customer service capacity is desired.
