Sorry Harry, but without more information as to the source of this 
information, I'm just not buying it.

Also, Windows 10 is still in test, so I could see certain devices or 
certain test programs would require an INTERNET connection, but this 
doesn't mean at all that when Windows 10 is released, an INTERNET 
connection will be required.
