If someone uses bank of america, please help.  I'm told that they've changed 
things around.  I have tried for over two hours to access info on my 
account.  I enter my user id; then my pass code.  I then search for my 
account number; once found, I press enter; Up to yesterday afternoon, once 
the page is brought up I would search for skip transaction and could get the 
various transactions on my account.  That's no longer happening.  I spent 
quite a bit of time on the phone with someone from b of a and got no 
further.  If you can help, please, please do.
