Andrew,
The American Foundation for the Blind is not a membership organization. We
have a lot of different departments and mailing lists. I run the Careers
and Technology Information Bank (CTIB) a database of employed people who
are blind or visually impaired who are willing to be contacted to network
with other blind adults and to mentor high school and college students.
AFB Press has a mailing list for books about blindness. Our Communication
department has a mailing list for AFB News, a publication on cassette and
in print about what AFB is doing. There are others too. Which mailing list
would you like to be on?
