Hi folks:
I have suddenly encountered a very strange problem and wonder if anyone else
has had a similar experience.
I am trying to listen to a program on the BBC website but every time I click
on the link Windows crashes. It boots itself up back into Windows fine but
is there any way that I can find out what is causing the problem please? I
am running JAWS 7.1, Windows XP - and have fairly recently installed service
pack three - and I am also running IE7. Be keen to know if anyone else has
had a similar experience.
Thanks.
DOREEN YALE
U.K.
