Hi Jeanne,

I don't understand your question. What do mean by invisible? What does JAWS read when you navigate the page? This will give us an idea how to help. One thing which might have happened is that the page changed about the time you updated JAWS. What browser and version of it did you use? Providing information like this can go a long way at describing an issue. The term "invisible" is really subjective.

Thanks,
Dan

Hello: Did you say that the HomePage is invisible or am I misunderstanding?
I'm asking because you referred to some items you can read, do you receive them in a different manner such as by an Email link? I'm asking because I don't understand how you could navigate to your personal information without accessing the HomePage. Can you send a link to the Homepage to the list? Of course, not your personal pages but something that can give us an idea of how things are constructed.
Steve
