I don't know about the others, but the "How to Cook Everything" is not
accessible.  I wrote to the maker of the app, which is not the
NYTimes, to ask that they make the recipes accessible with VoiceOver,
and they said it costs too much for them to do so.  Very frustrating
and disappointing!
