I discovered because I had a similar problem that MS Config is not version
sensitive like some other programs supplied with Windows.  I have
successfully used MS Config with both Windows 95 which didn't have it, and
Windows 2000.  You can copy it from any machine running Windows 98.  It is
a handy little utility.
