Hello All:

I have a client that has a Windows Media Player 11 problem. When she
tries ripping CDs, she gets an error message that reads "Windows Media
Player Cannot rip one or more tracks from the CD." I have had her check
that the box for downloading codecs automatically is checked. With this
error message there was a web help button, but there was no information
concerning how to resolve this error. We have her CD drive set up to
play digital format.

Anyone have any ideas of what this message means and how we can resolve
it?

Thanks,
