You can try the following. Open up Windows Explorer and find the 
shortcut you want to place in your SendTo list. If you don't know 
already, a few common places to look for the short cut would be:
c:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Desktop and
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Start Menu
where "User Name" is the user name you use to log onto the system. You 
can also check out the user "All Users". Once you've found the short 
cut, you can use Control-c to copy it to your clip board and then paste 
it into the directory
c:\Documents and Settings\User Name\SendTo.
Assuming that the application supports being in the SendTo list, that 
should do the trick.
