Yes, I've had that problem in the past. A few ideas (which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't):

1) Refresh Firefox. The command is under the help menu in Firefox.
2) Delete some of your old Firefox folders. This is also under the Firefox menu.
3) Completely uninstall Firefox and all of its folders and then reinstall the software. While uninstalling Firefox is easy, finding any residual Firefox folders after uninstallation can be a little bit trickier.
4) If worst comes to worst, I would reset my PC. Unfortunately, that is a Windows 10 feature that involves the reinstallation of Windows over your existing copy. Doing this (and I don't think I could do it in Windows 7) means reinstalling *all* of your programs after the process is finished.

Good luck.

Subject: Re: [VICUG-L] Help with firefox

Hi friends,
Using Win 7, Jaws 15 and firefox 52 ESR.
Problem: the history and bookmarks features do not work. Even if I go to a hundred pages, they do not sho in history. When I bookmark a page, it says “page bookmarked” but nothing shows up in the bookmarks list. Been using Firefox for quite a number of years, never had this before.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Samson.
