Subject:	unable to save messages from thunderbird to my ducments

This problem started yesterday when I try to save a message in my 
thunderbird I hear the message you can't save here do you want to save 
in the Brian folder yes or no contact the adminastrator for permission.  
If I go out of the message and go out of thunderbird and open the 
context menu and go to run as an adminastrator I can save that message.  
If I try to save annother message I get the message that I can't save 
here.  I have thunderbird 60 windows 64 bit on windows 2018.9 Is this a 
windows problem or a thunderbird problem.
