I agree that this is a completely inappropriate post for this or any serious
list, send it to a hate group.

In my experience as a recreational sailor, not in the naby,
the flag of the host country is flown highest by visiting vessles.

Part of necessary internet etiquette is never to forward anything
to anybody, particularly a group without carefully checking it for accuracy
and source reliability.
