Hi

Is there an accessibility feature in Windows ten for which one can create a
short cut on the desktop and if so how, like one could in Windows two
thousand? I only found one in the spell check in Outlook 2016 when I was
trying to repair the mess with the BCC before it was sorted out.

Thanks.
