There was some discussion a while back about whether Cell Phone companies will provide free directory assistance to blind users.

I mentioned at that time that Cingular had told me that if I used directory assistance, I should call them when I receive the statement and they would remove the charge.  I used it for the first time, and when I called them they removed the charge from my statement.
