While these pitfalls seem plausible, there have been numerous devices
invented over the years that are used by criminals that are not illegal
devices. I doubt the government will crimialize the device, instead
they would criminalize the use of the device for specific situations.
Or if it was just a nuisance, like in the symphony example, the
business or agency would prohibit them at performances, just as they
do with cell phones, beepers, etc...
