Good afternoon...

Maybe the following can be interesting. I am Dutch and using Jaws, so maybe that's why I visit quite a lot international websites..
First of all you could try to use foreign google-sites (such as www.google.nl). European websites usually contain more than one language.. maybe an idea?
Secondly you could try to find some foreign libraries for the blind (easy, because these sites are accessible... or should be)
Israël http://www.clfb.org.il/main.htm (Hebrew)
Canada: http://www.cnib.ca/frn/index.htm (Français)
France: http://www.unionfrancophonedesaveugles.org/
The Netherlands..http://www.anderslezen.nl (Dutch)
Bulgaria: http://members.fortunecity.com/nllb/maindosbg.htm (Bulgarian)
Germany: http://www.dvbs-online.de/
Russia (Moscow): http://www.rgbs.ru/index.php
Spain: http://www.once.es/

The EBU-website (Eurpean Blind Union): http://www.euroblind.org/. It is in English, but you could try the links under "useful services".

I'm interested in the results of your study!
