NFB Newsline is a free service that makes newspapers, magazines, TV
listings and more information available to the blind in an audio format
that you can access with your phone or an iPhone app. It's free to
anyone who has a problem reading print. You can sign up through your
state library service or the NFB.

As with most questions like this, your answer is just a quick Google
search away. The URL for the NFB Newsline page is
https://nfb.org/audio-newspaper-service
