If you have an internet connection, try this:

In the troubling window, route jaws to PC desktop mode, (insert plus
numpad minus or , laptop mode, caps lock plus left bracket( and press
insert plus spacebar, o, w and wait for jaws to say, "jaws."

Once you hear this, you should be able to use your jaws reading
commands to navigate the window with the mouse.

You can search the window for the error or whatever the window is
saying and, hopefully, find the close, okay, etc...

To left click it, press, for desktop mode,  numpad slash, for laptop
mode, caps lock plus number row 7.  You may have to double click it
quickly.
