Hello Jeff,
In addition to doing a reset you might go in settings and Internet options to see your list of available networks and delete the ones you don't want. If the network you want to connect with is password protected, make sure the password is correct. Sometimes the Braille Sense has problems with guest networks but should work with networks on routers. If you delete and networks you don't want and then try to connect to the Internet, you should get a beep sound and the Braille Sense will tell you that you are connected.
If you can't connect with the network you want, try deleting the network profile and recreate a new one.
I hope this helps.

Thanks,
Dan
