And have you tried the Base application specifically? I use Office but 
don't find Access all that accessible. I also use Libre Office and the 
one time I tried Base, I couldn't get very far with it. Ditto for 
Impress. I'm not doubting you, but I suspect many people would claim 
Office is accessible even though Access, or OneNote or other specific 
applications in the suite may not be accessible.
