It would have been nice if you'd told us what this is all aobut rather than
just  "advertising" then the mess of unpacking and opening the
attachment, which is base 64 encoded not in straight HTML, would be
worth the trouble.

I make it a policy never to open attachments where the subject is unclear
and so should everyone as an antivirus protection
