i hope that mr. brown did not write to these people.

i am sure they do not get too much feedback from blind folks and they may 
take mr. brown's inability to navigate their web site as representitive of 
blind people.

that is why it is important to write to web sites that you find work well 
with access technology.
so that if the make changes to their site, they may consider the affect on 
the site's access.
