Doesn this mean that this message, which is of use to blind persons
especially, cannot be posted to the very lists where blind people
frequent?  If so, seems to me that having this copyright notice at the
bottom defeats the whole purpose.  Or can it be assumed that since it was
posted to the vicug-l list, it is now in the public domain? If the very
original sender can only post, then indeed, we shall see poor disemination
of the very necessary information which blind people can use.  Curious
and counter productive. I need an answer as I was intending to share
this message in its entirety, now I won't until I get further information.
