Just a note of interest.

A totally blind computer user who also has a profound hearing loss in both
ears cannot simply jump over to any screen reader, as he or she may not find
a suitable voice that he or she can hear well.

I encountered this problem when I purchased a new HP laptop with Windows 10,
the screen reader update didn't have True Voice Peter that I've been using
since 2004.

A blind hearing aid user will have difficulty with sound quality and speech
clarity.

Gaston
