Did you authorize the new Stream on the BARD site?  On the main screen it is under the heading Account.

I have been using VR Stream for many years; just purchased a newsecond gen. However, when I download NLS books, I get the message that I'm not authorized to read them. What can the problem be? Any thoughts? Thanks.
