Ricky:

Once you enter Outlook from the desktop, press ctrl+y, the command that lets
you change between folders. JAWS (I'm assuming you are using that) will read
the title of the current folder you're on, what number it is on the list of
folders, and how many folders you have altogether. You can use up-and-down
arrows and first navigation letter keys to move up and down the list of
folders.

Thanks to all for the help with all the queries, one last for now please, is
there a way to get the total number of messages in folders in Outlook 2016
in Windows ten like Outlook Express gives once one is in a folder, Outlook
2016 only seems to give the total of unread ones, which Outlook Express also
did but I wondered about total of entire messages, I use F3 to search in
current folder but it seems a bit long-winded to get to the items are and
not as easy as Outlook Express was.
