how to find the properties for my microphone so I can adjust the recording level?

Hi all,

Using windows 10, creators update, 1709, and jaws 18.0.4350.

Here's the problem. When I go into sound, and go to the recording tab, 
then tab down 1 time, and highlight my microphone, I press shift f10, 
and up arrow but there is no properties, at all.

I was told I can adjust the microphone level in the properties for that 
microphone, but there's no properties.

Can someone tell me how to do this?
