I haven't found Google Chrome to be very accessible with JAWS, NVDA or
Orca. On Windows and Linux, I use Chrome with ChromeVox, an extension
through the Chrome web store that basically turned Chrome into a talking
web browser. You'll also need to install a TTS, like the default female
TTS, through the web store as well.

I do find Chrome to be accessible on the iPhone with VoiceOver.
