they are probably as accessible or inaccessible as most of them.  If you 
want a bank that offers optimal access, including a w3c compliant website, 
talking ATM's, statements and materials in alternative formats, and raised 
line checks at the same low price as regular checks, then you might want to 
consider those institutions that have worked with the blind community to 
provide access.

In the Northeast where you live, these include, J.P. Morgan-Chase, Citibank, 
Bank of America, Wachovia, Washington Mutual, citizens, and Sovereign.


Otherwise, open an account with a small amount of cash and make $1 and $2 
payments to a friend or family member to see how accessible and usable the 
bill pay service is.
