Here is a quick way to expand the window.
Press ALT and spacebar.
The system menu opens.
Arrow down to, maximize.
Press, enter.

This can maximize most windows over here.

hi I called microsoft and got the  following info. If you want to make 
the screan bigger, You have to do the following. 1 open settings. find 
the window to make bigger. 3 open the window by hitting enter. 4 find 
the maximize butten and hit enter. 5 open internet options and fine the 
first option. hit enter. last find use as defalt. thanks hth. now if 
you have to take out a program that will not come out, do the 
following. open the task manager, and find the progran. open the 
program and find end task. you will be able to remove your program if 
you don't want to have it in your conputer anymore
