Assuming you are using Microsoft Word you can toggle space and paragraph
markers on and off. From the Tools menu select the Options menu item. This
presents you with a tabbed dialog box. Press Control + Tab until you are on
the View page. Press the Tab key several times until you reach the check
boxes for space and paragraph markers. I am guessing that these will be
checked when you first access them. Press the Space Bar to uncheck these
boxes and then tab to the OK button and press Enter. Does this solve your
problem?
