Harry,
It needs to be run through OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software so
it becomes text. Then, anyone can read it in large print, in Braille once
translated, or electronically on a word processor.

Subject: [VICUG-L] help a landlord get materials accessible for the blind!
Hi all,
Can anybody help our landlord get our materials accessible? She's willing
to, but I don't know what to tell her. What this is below, is an image
file, not readable.
So, if someone can either call her directly, and help her, we'll be the
first apartment building in America with accessible leases and contracts to
sign! I think she scanned this into word, but not sure.
Harry
