I just went there as well with Firefox and Orca and didn't have any
problems. I don't think Harry ever mentioned which browser he used, but
it could also be the case that this was an intermittent problem with the
web site, which is going to happen from time to time and doesn't
foretell the end of access to information for the blind.

I'm not sure if no one is listening to Brian or not, but people have
been complaining about the plight of the blind and how things are only
going to get worse and how the sky is falling for as long as I can
remember. If Brian doesn't have anything constructive to say and is
nothing but negativity then I for one won't be listening. I'm not sure
exactly what Brian has said, and he may not fall into this category, but
when you listen to some people, you wonder how we can even get up in the
morning and head out our doors. That doesn't mean we shouldn't be
working and fighting to make things better, but when you listen to some
of these negative chicken Littles, there's no point in even trying
because no one cares and no one listens to us. that's not for me, and
I'm going to keep pushing to make things better, looking for work
arounds and trying to help other blind people.

I could go to any state and see if there were any storm warnings, etc. so I'm not sure what's happening on your end. I go to underground every day for my forcast and so far it's working fine for me. I'm using I.E. still most of the time I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

The only thing that Alexa gives you is the severe weather outlook for today, which is a fabulous thing, because at least you know the general outlook for severe weather across the country for the day, but no tornado watches and warnings when they're issued outside of our area.
