hello,

as i mentioned yesterday, omnipage version 10 now has text to speech built
in; i found it uses the microsoft sapi.   now EudoraPro 4.22 also has text
to speech, no doubt using sapi also.  microsoft has said it willn't
compete with the blink related screen reader companies.   perhaps this is
their back door approach, just link products to the sapi.  it is also a
good approach to deflect legal questions about access, they can say it
speaks.
