I'm not exactly sure how the extension you're talking about works, but if
you want to move around the different objects in Edge or Chrome, or any
browser for that matter, you can use various combinations of F6, tab, shift
and of course arrows. If you're talking about the page contents themselves
then hopefully the page was coded properly and the hierarchical navigation
keys of your browser should help, such as 'h' for headings, 'l' for lists,
't' for tables, and so on.
