This may not be exactly what you're looking for but the TiVo app for an 
iPhone is completely accessible. If you add a TiVo DVR to your cable box 
/ TC setup then you can pull up the TV guide, jump to a live station, 
record a show, set up a subscription, access the shows you've already 
recorded and so on.
